First you will need to have
1- blood sample
2-Two clean slides
Step one :
Put one drop of the blood sample in one side of the slide
With the other slide make it touch the blood spot by 45°c degree
Spread the slide towards you gently with no shaking
Thus you will have aspread blood thin on the glass
Wait it until dry
Then fix it by any fixative
And stain as you want
