how to make people love and respect you

All of us like to be accepted in his relationships and want to get love from people around him
first of all ..... you have to like all people around you ...... stay beside them in any situation ..... ask them of their health.... if anybody get sick you have to visit him and try to give them help.....
also ...... you must pay attention to all of their needs ...... and notice what makes them happy and what can annoy them ......
if someone has celebrity ..... you can give him happy wishes like birthday or marriage ... etc ...... people like other to congrat them on their happy memories of their life
